Sustainable investment
This includes company dialogs, the exercise of voting rights and the submission of motions to general meetings of companies.
Since 2015, we have been participating in professionally structured dialogs with invested companies in collaboration with various engagement providers. The aim is to achieve a global social impact towards a more sustainable economy. Every year, we evaluate the dialogs that concern us and present the results in sustainability reports for the PRIME VALUES funds.
In 2019, in cooperation with the custodian bank for our funds, we began using the professionally designed process for exercising voting rights from Glass, Lewis & Co. Details can be found in the PRIME VALUES funds’ sustainability report.
